Wausau Homes lacked a cohesive brand presence across their network of 75+ independent builders, resulting in inconsistent marketing and communication. In response, a 45-page brand guideline was established, featuring target personas, StoryBrand-aligned messaging, and best practices for visual consistency. More than 200 customizable templates spanning signage, print and digital ads, and communications were created to support scalable, brand-aligned outreach.
