Department of Veterans Affairs Product Spotlight Series
Within VA’s Office of Information and Technology, a major product team merger created a need for connection, clarity, and shared purpose across a 2,000-person department. In response, the Product Spotlight Series was developed to highlight product advancements, share peer-to-peer insights, and build team identity. The initiative was co-created and led from concept to execution—featuring a full brand identity, logo, and digital assets including video features, blogs, and infographics.
Following the series’ initial success, a new segment called “Primetime Play” was introduced to further engage the audience. Designed to simplify complex product knowledge, the segment featured playful, football-themed infographics launched during football season. These visuals made technical content more approachable and memorable, helping educate teammates in a fun, digestible format that resonated with the culture of the organization.
